M/S M.B.Services (Papaya Group)

We go by M/S M.B.Services, and we are part of the Papaya Group. Our main office is located at C-3-2-2 in the Shree Vasundhra Chsl. This is right in Sector-23 of Koperkhairane, over in Navi Mumbai. The pin code here is 400709. It’s a typical Navi Mumbai setup where you have residential buildings and offices all in the same general vicinity. Finding C-3-2-2 can be a little tricky if you aren’t used to the numbering system in the housing society, but once you’ve been here once, it’s easy enough to find again. We’ve been operating out of Koperkhairane for a while now. It’s a good location because it’s connected well enough to the rest of the city. We don’t have a big staff or a massive warehouse. It’s just a straightforward service office where we keep our files and take our calls. The atmosphere around Sector-23 is pretty lively during the day. We don’t really bother with marketing or trying to sound like a big corporation. We just provide our services to the people who need them and keep our books in order. Shree Vasundhra Chsl is a well-known landmark for the locals, so that helps when we have to give directions. It’s a practical, no-nonsense kind of place. We just try to do an honest day’s work and keep things running as smoothly as the Mumbai traffic allows us.
