M/S. Marina Pile Foundation

We are based in Vashi at the Manek Complex. It’s in Sector-29, Unit D-21. Navi Mumbai is a pretty organized place compared to some other cities I have been to. The air is a bit different here near the water. Marina Pile Foundation has been operating out of this complex for a while. It’s a decent building. Not too old, not too new. We have some neighbors who are also in the construction line. Vashi is a good hub for us. Everything is accessible. We don’t have a fancy lobby with a fountain. Just a door with our name on it. Inside, it's mostly maps, files, and some old coffee mugs. We keep the windows open when the weather allows. You can hear the city outside. Marina Pile Foundation isn't about looking flashy. We just focus on the projects we have. The 400703 postcode area is where we spend most of our daylight hours. Sometimes we stay late when a job needs finishing. The local shops nearby are where we get our lunch most days. It's a simple routine. We’ve seen Vashi change quite a bit since we first moved into Manek Complex. Sector-29 is a quiet enough spot for us to get things done without too much distraction. We just go about our business day by day and try to keep things moving. It is what it is. We have a small crew and we get along fine with everyone in the building.
