Dombivali East is where you’ll find us, specifically in Gogras Wadi. We’re tucked away in the Shri Shiddi Safalya housing society. It’s a typical residential area, which makes the office feel a bit more relaxed than being in a commercial hub. We’re in room 103. The commute to this part of Mumbai can be a real pain with the trains, but once we're in the office, things settle down. We’re part of the ECC division, so there is always a lot of talk about cement, steel, and timelines. The office is small, but we make it work. There’s a lot of coming and going with site supervisors and local contractors. We drink a lot of chai here to keep going. The society members are used to us by now. It’s not a fancy place with glass walls; it’s just a ground-floor flat with plenty of cupboards for our files. When it rains heavily, the area gets a bit soggy, but we still show up. We focus on the local projects around this side of the city. Everyone here wears multiple hats—one day you’re doing accounts, the next you’re checking a site report. It’s just how we operate. We don’t have a big corporate feel because we’re right in the middle of a neighborhood. It keeps us grounded and focused on the work at hand. No big speeches or fancy logos, just people doing their jobs every day without much fuss.
