We are located in Flat 302 of the Sony CHS in Koper Khairne. Being in Sector 03 of Navi Mumbai means we are right in the middle of a busy residential area. The office is actually just a flat, which makes it feel a bit more like home than a corporate building. We have a view of the street, and we can see people heading to the station or the market all day. It gets a bit cramped when everyone is in the office at the same time, especially with all the drawings and project files taking up space. Navi Mumbai has its own rhythm, and we are right in the thick of it. The monsoon season is always a bit of a mess with the leaks and the humidity, but we manage. We don't have a receptionist or a big lobby. You just walk in and see us working at our desks. We spend a lot of time on the phone with sites all over the city. It’s a lot of talking, a lot of checking figures, and trying to keep everything on schedule. We like it here because it is quiet enough to get work done but close enough to everything we need. We aren't trying to be fancy. We just work hard in our small space and try to keep our clients happy. It’s a simple setup for a team that just wants to do the work.
