We’re over in Thane West at the Kranti Tower, unit B/100 in Shree Nagar. It’s part of the Wagle Estate area, which is pretty much all businesses and workshops. We are Hercules Hoists Limited. Being part of the Bajaj Group is something people mention, but here in the office, we just focus on the hoists and the lifting gear. It’s a busy place. Wagle Estate always has trucks moving around and people rushing. Our spot in Kranti Tower is where we manage everything. We have engineers and people who know the mechanics inside out. It’s a lot of metal and grease sometimes, but that’s the job. We’ve been in Thane for a long time now. The building is a standard office block. Nothing to write home about. We spend our days making sure the orders are right and the machines are doing what they should. It’s steady work. We don't do much in the way of flashy marketing. Most people who need hoists already know where to find us. We have a lot of coffee and talk about load capacities and chain lengths. It’s very practical stuff. Sometimes the rains in Thane make it hard to get around, but we stay open. We’ve seen the estate grow and change, but we just keep doing what we do. It’s a solid team here, and most have been around for years. We just keep our heads down.
