We’re over at C 45, United Palace in Thane. It’s a busy part of Maharashtra, and the traffic around here is usually something else. The office is where we keep all the soil reports and site data stacked up. It’s a bit of a squeeze when everyone is in at the same time, but we make it work. Most of the time, the team is out in the field anyway, getting their boots dirty. We don't have a lot of fancy decorations on the walls, just some old calendars and maybe a map or two of the local area. It’s a practical setup. When the monsoon hits, things get a bit slower and damp, but we keep the operations running as best we can. Sometimes the phones don't stop ringing, and other times it's dead quiet while everyone is concentrating on their drawings. We’ve been at this for a while, so we don't feel the need to show off. We just handle the technical stuff and the construction side of things. It's a lot of long hours and sometimes we stay late to finish up a report for a client. We’re just a group of people who know their way around a construction site and the local regulations. It’s not always pretty, and the office can be a bit cluttered, but that’s just how we operate. We’re right here in 401105, just doing the work every day.
