Our office is over in Thane West, specifically at Vijay Park near Vadavali Naka. The address is B20/304 on Ghod Bunder Road. If you know Mumbai, you know how busy Ghod Bunder Road gets. We’re right in the middle of all that activity. We handle property and real estate matters for people around here. It’s a private limited company, but we try to keep things feeling a bit more personal than those giant firms. The office isn't some massive skyscraper; it’s a functional space where we take calls and look over property documents. We’ve been at this location for a while. Most of the time we are busy helping people figure out where to move or how to manage their space. It’s a lot of talking and a lot of driving around to see different sites. We don't go in for fancy slogans or huge advertising budgets. We just tell it like it is. Sometimes the real estate market is crazy and sometimes it's slow, but we stay right here in Vijay Park through it all. It’s a regular group of us working here. We know the Thane area pretty well by now. We focus on the practical side of property—leases, sales, and managing what's already there. It’s a job that keeps us on our toes, but we enjoy being part of the local scene on this side of the city. We just keep working hard and managing the paperwork correctly.
