Mrtp Realty India Private Limited is located over in Cbd Belapur at Shop No.52 in Citi Tower. This is right in Sector-15 on Plot No.55. It is a busy commercial area, so there are always lots of people walking around and plenty of offices nearby. Our shop is just a regular office space where we keep our computers and all the property documents we need for work. It is not a huge place, but it works for us. We spend a lot of time looking at the various developments happening around Belapur and Navi Mumbai. The view from the tower area is mostly other buildings and the busy streets below. We start our day by opening up the shop and checking whatever messages came in overnight. There is a lot of back and forth with clients and other agents. Sometimes we are out of the office for hours at a time, visiting different plots or meeting people at their homes. Dealing with real estate in a place like Sector-15 means things move pretty fast. We try to keep up with all the changes in the market. The office can get a bit cluttered with papers and brochures, but we know where everything is. It is a practical setup for the kind of work we do. We don't go in for anything too flashy, just a solid place to sit and get the business done. Most of the folks around here know us by now, and we have been in this Citi Tower spot for a good while.
