Our office is located at Plot No 55 in Sector 15, right in the heart of the CBD. Mr Hr Consultant Private Limited is basically run by a few of us who have spent years looking at resumes and talking to people about their jobs. It’s a busy little spot on the fourth floor, office 405, where there’s always a stack of files waiting on the desk. We spend most of our time trying to match people with the right roles, which sounds simple but usually involves a lot of back-and-forth emails and phone calls. Some days are just spent interviewing candidates and listening to their stories. It’s interesting work because you get to meet all kinds of characters from different backgrounds. We don't have a big, fancy lobby or anything like that. It’s just a workspace where Arun, Maulik, and the rest of us try to keep things moving. We’ve had some long days here, especially when a big project comes in, but we usually find time for a quick lunch break nearby. The area around Sector 15 is always humming with activity, which keeps us on our toes. We’re not trying to reinvent the wheel; we just want to help businesses find the staff they need without making it overly complicated. It’s a local operation, and we like the direct way we do things here in the office. We just focus on the people and the paperwork.
