Mpoweristic Vision Private Limited is located over at Casa Rio Gold on the Kalyan Shil Road. We are in the Rhine building, specifically unit B-0503. This is in Kalyan East, which is a bit of a different vibe compared to the industrial parts of Bhiwandi. Casa Rio is a pretty big residential and commercial development, so it feels a bit more modern here. Our office is basically a converted space that works well for what we do. It is not a massive corporate headquarters. It is just a comfortable spot where we can focus on our vision and projects. Since we are on the fifth floor, we are away from the street noise of the Kalyan Shil Road, which can be quite a lot during rush hour. We have the basics set up—a couple of laptops, some notebooks, and a water cooler. We don't really do the whole corporate suit-and-tie thing. We mostly wear casual clothes and just work through our tasks. The area around the building has some shops and places to eat, which is nice for lunch breaks. It is a straightforward place where we try to stay productive. We have been here for a bit now and have settled into a nice routine. It is just a regular office where real work happens without much fuss. We try to keep it simple.
