Morgan Construction Company, Siemens Group

Morgan Construction Company is based out of Thane West. You can find us at Room 304 in the Hill View Society, which is located at Pada No 4 in Lokmanyanagar. Being in Thane means we are right in the middle of all the crazy growth and development happening around Mumbai. We are technically part of the Siemens Group, but our daily life here feels very local. The office is actually inside a residential society, so it’s a relatively quiet place to get the paperwork done away from the noise of the main roads. It’s not a big corporate tower with a lobby. It’s just a regular room where we manage our various construction projects. We spend a lot of time on the phone coordinating with different teams and making sure materials arrive where they’re supposed to go. Thane is always changing, and there’s always a new building going up somewhere nearby. We try to keep our part of things running smoothly. We don't really have a big public face or a fancy sign outside. Most of our meetings happen on-site or over a quick cup of tea in the office. It’s a practical way to work that suits us fine. We’ve been in this spot for a while now and the neighbors in the society are used to seeing us coming and going. It’s just a small team of us working hard to make sure the projects stay on track. We don't need much more than that to get by.
