Monte Buro Realty Llp

We work out of Row House No 4 in Vikas Palms, which is on Dr. Ambedkar Road over in Thane. It is a bit different from those big glass office buildings you see everywhere else. Monte Buro Realty Llp is mostly just us sitting in the row house, handling calls and looking through property listings. Being in a residential area like this makes the day feel a bit more relaxed, though the traffic on Dr. Ambedkar Road can get pretty loud during rush hour. We have our desks set up in the main room and there is always a stack of files somewhere that needs sorting. Thane has changed a lot lately, and we see it happening right from our doorstep. Sometimes neighbors stop by just to say hello or ask about what is being built down the street. We do not have any big receptionists or fancy coffee machines, just a kettle in the back for when we need a break. Most of our time is spent talking to people who want to move into the area or folks trying to sell their old flats. It is a lot of paperwork and a lot of driving around to different sites. We like being in this part of town because everything is close by. The office feels more like a home, which I guess makes sense since it is a row house. We just keep at it every day, making sure we stay on top of the local real estate stuff and answer every call we get.
