Monkey Cakes Private Limited

You can find us at Shop No.5 on Sector 23 in Juinagar. We are located on the plot that covers 221, 226, and 227. Monkey Cakes Private Limited is a local spot where we spend most of our time covered in sugar and flour. It’s a small shop in Navi Mumbai. We aren't some high-end boutique. We just bake. Usually, the oven is going all day and the air smells like vanilla. It’s hard work being on your feet for ten hours, but we like it. We handle everything from mixing the batter to cleaning the floors at night. Sometimes the icing doesn't look perfect, but it's made by hand, so that’s expected. We’ve been in Juinagar for a while and we know the faces of the people who walk by. We don't have a big marketing plan or anything like that. We just focus on getting the cakes done. The shop can get a bit messy when we’re busy, especially on weekends. We have a few tables and chairs, but it’s mostly about the baking area in the back. We’re just regular people. We have good days and bad days. Sometimes we run out of ingredients and have to rush to the market. But we always show up the next morning to start again. It’s just what we do here in Sector 23.
