We are based at A-23 in the M.I.D.C. area of Kulgaon, which is out in Badlapur East. We are located quite close to the State Bank of India branch there. It is an industrial neighborhood, so there are a lot of other warehouses and small manufacturing units all around us. We handle a variety of lifestyle products, which means we see a lot of different types of goods come through here. The space we have is more like a working warehouse than a traditional shop. We spend most of our time packing up orders, checking our inventory, and moving heavy boxes around. It can get a bit dusty during the dry months, but we just keep the big fans running to stay cool. We don't have a big team or any fancy marketing people. It is mostly just us doing the day-to-day work ourselves. People who buy from us usually just give us a call or stop by if they happen to be in this part of Badlapur. The road outside can be a bit bumpy because of all the heavy trucks that pass through the M.I.D.C. every day. We have been in this location for a good while now and have seen many other businesses start and stop. We just keep our heads down and try to stay organized so we don't lose track of anything. It is a very simple way of working, really. Nothing too complicated, just keeping up with orders.
