Taj Creation

We are located over in Sector No. 11 Shanti Nagar, right in the Mira Road East area. Taj Creation is basically a small space where we spend our time on embroidery and different types of fabric work. It isn't a huge factory or anything, just a few rooms filled with frames and thread. The commute here can be a bit of a pain with the traffic on Mira Road, but once we get inside, it is just us and the work. We spend a lot of time hunched over the fabric, doing the stitch work by hand or with the smaller machines. Sometimes we get orders that take weeks because the patterns are so detailed. We have piles of catalogs sitting around, but mostly we just do what needs to be done for the day. The walls could probably use a fresh coat of paint, but we are usually too busy to worry about that. It gets a bit cramped when we have a lot of fabric rolls delivered at once, and we have to shuffle things around to make space to walk. We just focus on the needles and the thread, making sure the designs come out okay. It is a simple life here in Shanti Nagar, just working through the piles of cloth and finishing things one by one. There is usually a radio playing somewhere in the back to keep us going.
