Smart Hunt Consultants is based right here in Mira Road. We’ve been operating in this neighborhood for a while now, helping people find the right staff for their businesses. It’s a busy area, so there’s always someone looking for a job or a company looking for a new hire. We don't have a massive office with glass walls, just a comfortable spot where we interview candidates and talk to employers. Most of our day is spent on the phone or reading through piles of resumes that come in throughout the week. We try to see who would actually fit in a job, not just who looks good on paper. Mira Road has a lot of talent, and we like being the bridge that connects folks to their next paycheck. It’s not always easy because people have different needs, but we do our best to match them up. Sometimes we just sit and have tea while discussing which candidate had the best experience for a certain role. We aren't trying to be some giant global agency. We just want to help the local businesses around here get the people they need to grow. The traffic outside can be loud, but we are used to it by now. It’s practical, everyday work that helps the local economy a bit. We just keep things simple, talk honestly with everyone who walks in, and focus on the people instead of just the numbers.
