Silverlines Hr

We run our operations out of 003 C-2 in the Asha Apartment complex. It is in Sector 08 of Shanti Nagar, over on Mira Road East. Being in an apartment building makes Silverlines Hr feel a bit more personal than a cold office block. We spend our time looking through resumes and talking to people who are looking for work. It is a lot of phone calls and sitting at the computer trying to match the right person with the right job. Sometimes the office feels a bit small when we have several people coming in for interviews at once. We don't have a big receptionist or a lobby with free coffee. It’s just a desk, some chairs, and a lot of files. Mira Road is a busy place, and the commute for people coming to see us can be a bit of a hassle with the traffic. We try to be realistic with everyone who walks through the door. Finding a job is hard, and we don't try to sugarcoat it. We just look at what they can do and see where they might fit. It is mostly just us handling the day-to-day tasks of an HR agency. We’ve been in Shanti Nagar for a bit now, and we like being part of the local neighborhood. It is straightforward work, and we just take it one candidate at a time. It gets tiring by Friday, but we are back at it every Monday morning.
