Our shop is located at Numbers 8 and 9 in Suhrud Tower. We’re right on LBS Road in Thane West, which is usually packed with cars and people. We are pretty close to Makhamali Talao, so that’s a good landmark if you’re trying to find us. The shop itself is a bit cramped because we have samples of everything crammed into the corners. Tiles, wood laminates, handles—you name it, it’s probably buried somewhere in here. We spend most of our time talking to people who are stressed out about their home renovations. It’s a lot of listening and trying to offer practical advice. We don't do the whole high-pressure sales thing. If a certain material isn't going to last, we’ll tell you, even if it’s the one we have in stock. We aren't perfect; sometimes we forget to call a supplier back or a delivery gets delayed because of the Thane traffic. But we always try to make it right. We’ve been in this spot for a while, and we’ve seen the neighborhood change a lot. But inside the shop, it’s still the same—just us, some blueprints, and a lot of tea. We don’t have a big corporate team behind us. It’s just a local business trying to help folks make their homes look okay. We like what we do, even on the days when everything seems to go wrong. It’s just part of the job for us.
