Meyer Organics Pvt Ltd is based at A-303 on Road No. 32 in the Jai Bhavani Nagar section of Wagle Industrial Estate. This part of Thane is always humming with activity. Our office is a functional space where we handle the day-to-day tasks of the business. It’s not a place with plush carpets or fancy art; it’s more about desks piled with papers and the sound of people working. We have been on Road 32 for quite a while now, and we’ve seen the neighborhood change as more businesses move in. The building itself is quite practical, with enough room for our files and the staff to move around. We usually have a bit of a breeze coming through the windows, which is nice when it gets humid. Most of our day is spent coordinating things and making sure the records are up to date. It can get a bit hectic when several things happen at once, but we manage to keep on top of it. We don’t really do much to promote ourselves; we just stay busy with the work at hand. There’s a small tea shop nearby where most of us go during the afternoon break. It’s a very normal, local way to work. We appreciate the honest atmosphere of the industrial estate and the people we see every day. It’s just about getting the job done and heading home to our families in the evening.
