Our office is tucked away at A-486 on Road No. 24 in the Wagle Industrial Estate. Metropolitan Equipment Consultion Pvt. Ltd. started because there was a need for people who actually understand how this equipment works and how to set it up. We aren't a huge corporation with hundreds of layers of management. Instead, it’s just a group of us who know the technical side of things and spend our days looking at plans and talking to folks about their machinery needs. Being in Thane means we're right in the middle of a lot of industrial activity, which keeps us busy. Some mornings start with a lot of tea and going over diagrams before the phones start ringing. It isn’t always glamorous, and sometimes we spend more time troubleshooting small issues than we expected, but that's the nature of consulting on equipment. We try to keep things straightforward and don't use a lot of big words just to sound important. If someone has a problem with their setup, we look at it and tell them what we think. The building is an older one, but it works for us and has plenty of space for our files and the odd piece of gear we're testing. We’ve seen the estate change a lot over the years, yet we’re still here doing the same practical work we’ve always done for the businesses in the neighborhood. It is steady work that keeps us on our toes most of the week.
