Our office is on the ground floor over in Shanti Nagar, which is in Kalwa East, Thane. If you know the area, you know it's a very busy residential and commercial spot. We are located at Survey No 1644A. Being Metrix Radhakrishna Exim means we spend our days navigating the world of import and export from a fairly modest room. The ground floor is handy because we don't have to deal with stairs or elevators, and it stays a bit cooler. Thane is always growing, and there is a lot of energy around here, which can be a bit much sometimes. We are just a small group of people trying to keep our paperwork in order and our shipments on track. There's nothing very corporate about us; we usually wear casual clothes and talk about regular things while we work. The office walls are a bit plain, and we have folders stacked up everywhere, but we know where everything is. It’s a busy environment with the sounds of the street right outside the door. We have our routine, starting early to beat some of the heat and staying until the day's work is finished. It’s not a glamorous job, but it’s ours, and we take it one step at a time. The local shops nearby are great for a quick snack when we are working late.
