Mean Buns And More Llp

We’re set up in a bungalow in Belapur. It’s part of the Sea Coast-I society in Kille Gaothan. It’s a bit different from working in a tall office building. We have more room and it feels more like a home. We do food here, specifically focused on buns and other items. The kitchen area is where most of the action happens. It’s often hot and smells like baking bread. We started this because we liked the idea of a local food business. It’s hard work, standing on your feet for most of the day. We don't have a big corporate structure. It’s just a group of us who know how to cook and handle the orders. The bungalow location gives us a bit of peace away from the main road traffic of Thane. We get a lot of local people asking what we’re up to. Sometimes the deliveries are late because of the narrow streets, but we figure it out. We spend our evenings prepping for the next day. There isn't much time for fancy marketing or sitting around. We just focus on the recipes and making sure the food is fresh for everyone. It’s a simple life. We like the Kille Gaothan area. It has a lot of character. We just keep the ovens going and the orders moving. No big mission, just making food for people who want it.
