Mathankar'S S&C Foundation

Mathankar'S S&C Foundation is based out of Shirgaon in Thane. We are specifically located in the A Wing of Marathon Nagari, in Flat No 402 of the R-2 building. Shirgaon is a bit of a distance from the main city centers, but we like it that way. It’s a growing area, and being in a residential complex like Marathon Nagari keeps us connected to real people. Our office isn't fancy at all. It’s just a standard flat where we’ve set up our computers and files. Some days the lift in the building is a bit slow, so we take the stairs. That’s just part of the daily routine here in Thane, zip code 421503. We don't have a marketing team or people writing fancy speeches for us. We just handle the foundation’s business as it comes. Usually, it’s just us sitting around the table figuring out the next steps for our projects. It’s a very local, hands-on kind of place. We don't pretend to be some giant organization. We’re just a small foundation doing our thing in Maharashtra. Sometimes it’s quiet, and sometimes the neighbors are a bit loud, but it’s a good place to work. We focus on the tasks at hand and don't worry too much about looking polished. It’s about the work, not the office decor or having a big name. We just try to stay useful and get things done for the community.
