Our place is in Kalyan, specifically at Ganesh Ngr in the Chinchpada Kate area. We are in the Anant Moreshwar CHS building, right on the ground floor at flat number 001. It’s a housing society, so it doesn't look like a typical corporate office building from the outside. That suits us just fine. Markzenia (Opc) Private Limited is basically just us working from this spot. Being in B wing makes it easy for people to find us without wandering around the whole society. Kalyan is a busy place, but our little corner in Ganesh Nagar stays relatively calm. We do our daily tasks here, mostly on our laptops and over the phone. Since it's an OPC, it’s a small operation. We don't have a big team or a human resources department. It’s just direct and simple. We like being part of the neighborhood. Sometimes the kids from the society are playing outside while we’re trying to finish a report. It gives the place a very lived-in feel. We’ve been here long enough that the local shopkeepers know us. We don't go for flashy signs or big advertisements. Most people hear about us through word of mouth anyway. If you're ever near Chinchpada Kate, you’ll probably see the building. It’s just a regular Kalyan day for us most of the time. We keep things moving and try to stay productive through the heat. It’s a basic life, but we like it.
