Maria Enterprises

Maria Enterprises is tucked away at 19, Sai Satnam CHS. We’re in Sector 25, specifically Plot 19 in Nerul East. It’s a quiet enough area compared to the main parts of Mumbai. Being in a CHS means we have neighbors who are living their lives right next to where we work. We try to keep things low-key and respectful. The office is a simple setup. We don’t have any marble floors or glass partitions. It’s just a room with some computers and our files. We’ve been in Nerul for a long time, and we like the pace here. Sector 25 is easy enough to navigate once you get off the main road. Maria Enterprises isn't a big corporation. It’s just a small team of us. We know each other well and we just get the work done. Sometimes we have lunch together at the desk. It’s that kind of place. We don't use much marketing speak because we don't really need to. People find us through the address or by asking around the neighborhood. The building itself is a standard residential-commercial mix. It’s not flashy, but it’s sturdy and it serves its purpose. We spend most of our week here, making sure everything is ticking along. It’s a comfortable spot to be in, and we’re happy with how things are. We wouldn't want to be anywhere else really and keep things steady.
