Mane Chocolates

Mane Chocolates is located in Goregaon at 88/1505/1. It’s a bit of a specific address, but once you find us, you’ll know you're in the right spot. We’ve been working out of this space for a good while. It’s not a big fancy boutique like you see in the malls. It’s more of a workshop where we actually make everything ourselves. The air usually smells like cocoa, which isn't a bad way to spend your day. We started doing this because we just liked the process of making things. It’s a lot of waiting for things to cool down or set properly. Sometimes the temperature in Goregaon makes it hard to work with chocolate, so we have to be careful with the fans and the timing. We don’t have a big staff, just a few of us who know the routine. We don’t spend money on fancy packaging if we can help it; we’d rather focus on what’s inside. It’s a lot of repetitive work, but there’s something nice about seeing a finished batch ready to go out. We aren't trying to be a global brand or anything big. We’re just happy being a local business in Goregaon. People around here know we’re here, and that’s enough for us. We just keep our heads down, do our work, and hope people like what we make. It’s a simple way to spend the day and we like it.
