Mancom Consultech Private Limited is located at Flat No. B-308 in Keshar Building No. 3. This is situated on Pokharan Road No. 2, in an area called Gawand Baug. It’s a pretty standard residential complex. Working out of B-308 means we have a view of the other buildings and some of the greenery around Gawand Baug. Pokharan Road No. 2 is a fairly busy stretch, but the building is set back enough that it isn’t too noisy. We’ve got a basic office setup inside the flat. There’s a kitchen where we make tea and a couple of rooms where we keep our desks and computers. It’s not a fancy corporate suite, just a regular place where we show up and do our work. Keshar Building No. 3 is easy to find if you know the neighborhood. We spend a lot of time here, especially when things get busy with various projects. The atmosphere is pretty relaxed because it’s a housing society. We see families and kids around when we leave for the day. It’s a nice change from the sterile office parks you see elsewhere. Being in Gawand Baug feels a bit more like being part of a community. We keep our files organized and try to stay on top of our daily tasks from this third-floor flat. It’s a solid, quiet place to be based and it suits us just fine. We have everything we need right here in this room.
