Mahimtura Consultancy Pvt.Ltd is located in the Kalwa area of Thane, just outside the main hub of Mumbai. Our office is on the first floor of the Sudama Co-Op Housing Society, in Room Number 29. It’s a typical suburban office setup. We’ve been working from this Kalwa (West) location for quite a bit. Being in a housing society means we are right in the middle of where people live, which keeps us grounded. We do consultancy work, which means our days are filled with meetings, technical drawings, and a lot of calculations. It’s a small, tight-knit team here. We don't have a giant lobby or a receptionist in a uniform. You just walk up to the first floor and knock on the door. The space is filled with computers and stacks of papers because that is the nature of our work. Mumbai and Thane are always growing, so there is no shortage of projects to look at. We focus on getting the details right. Sometimes we stay late when a deadline is coming up, but that’s just part of the consultancy life. We know the local regulations and the way things are built in this part of the state. We aren't trying to impress anyone with big marketing talk. We just do our work, talk to our clients, and try to make sure every project we touch is handled with some common sense. It’s a quiet place to work, mostly, except for the sounds of the neighborhood.
