Mahaservices Pmc Llp is out in Kulgaon, Ambarnath, sitting on Plot 5/6. It’s a bit of a quiet area compared to the main city. We do project management consultancy. Mostly we help with construction and land stuff. It’s not glamorous work. There’s a lot of walking around sites and dealing with government paperwork. Our office is functional, nothing more. We have a few desks and a place to keep our site boots. We aren't trying to impress anyone with a sleek office design. We just want to make sure the projects we manage stay on track. Sometimes things go wrong on a site, and we’re the ones who have to go down there and fix it. We’ve been in Ambarnath for a long time. We know the local rules and the people. We don't use big corporate buzzwords because they don't help get a building finished. We just talk plain English and tell people what's happening. If you need someone who knows the dirt and the bricks of a project, that’s us. We just keep our heads down and work. It’s a small team, but we know what we’re doing. We don't take on more than we can handle. That way we can actually focus on the details. Most days we are out on the field anyway. It is just the nature of the job. We keep a stack of maps and blueprints on the main table.
