Our warehouse is out in Rabale, in the MIDC area, specifically at W-238 (A) in the TTC zone. It’s a big, open space which is good because we move a lot of volume through here. Distribution is mostly about timing and having enough space to put things. The morning starts with the trucks lined up outside. It can get pretty chaotic when everyone is trying to load at once. We have a small office section partitioned off with some glass, but it’s mostly dusty because of the constant movement of goods. We spend a lot of time checking lists and making sure the counts are right. Rabale is quite a distance from the main city, so it feels a bit more industrial and quiet in the evenings once the shift ends. There isn’t much around here besides other warehouses and factories. We’ve got a couple of forklifts that are always in need of a bit of oil or a new battery. The staff stays busy moving pallets around. We don’t really do any retail here, so it’s not like people just walk in off the street. It’s all scheduled pickups and deliveries. We’ve been in this W-238 spot for a good while now. It’s a lot of physical work and keeping track of numbers in the computer. The lights in the back of the warehouse are a bit flickery, but we haven't gotten around to changing the bulbs yet.
