We are located over in Thane West, specifically at Gala No. D-10 in the Nandanvan Industrial Estate along L.B.S. Marg. It’s an industrial area, so there’s always the sound of trucks and machinery in the background. We handle sales and services for various technical equipment. The gala is basically a large room where we keep our inventory and a small area for repairs. It’s not the cleanest place, as there’s always a bit of grease or dust from the industrial park, but it’s where we do our work. We don’t have a fancy front office with a lobby. Most of our clients are other businesses in the estate or nearby who need parts or have something that stopped working. We spend a lot of time on the phone tracking down orders or explaining how to fix a machine over the line. It’s a straightforward business. We aren't interested in corporate polish; we just want to make sure the equipment we sell actually works for the people who buy it. Some days it feels like we’re drowning in paperwork, but we eventually get through it. We’ve been at this for several years now and have gotten to know the other shop owners in Nandanvan pretty well. It’s a good community of people just trying to get through the workday and provide for their families. We just keep our heads down and keep the business moving. There’s always plenty of work to do and parts to move around the shop. We like it that way.
