We’ve been operating from this location for quite a while now. The space we have is functional and does what we need it to do. We spend our days managing global service tasks, which usually involves a lot of tracking and organizing. It’s the kind of work that requires you to pay attention to small details. We have a small group here and we all get along pretty well. It’s not a high-pressure corporate environment with suits and ties. We dress casually and just focus on the work. Sometimes it’s a bit of a grind, especially when there are delays at the ports, but we just handle it. We don't have a big fancy sign outside, just a door and our desks inside. We’ve got our own way of doing things that works for us. Most of us have lived in Navi Mumbai for years, so we know the area well. We like being in Sector 7 because it’s easy for everyone to get to. It’s just a normal workplace with normal people trying to do a good job every day. We don't have a lot of meetings, we just talk across the desks and get things sorted. It works for us and keeps things moving forward.
