Maersk Global Service Centre

We are based in the Dyanda Co-Op Housing Society in Thane. The address is Plot No. 50, and we are in Room No. B-17. It is in Veer Savarkar Nagar. It is a bit unusual to have a global name like Maersk in a housing society room, but this is where the service centre operates from. It is a very local feel. We have our computers and our headsets, and we are constantly talking to people in different time zones. The room is small, and sometimes it gets a bit crowded with all the equipment. Outside, it is just a normal residential area. You can hear the neighbors and the usual sounds of Thane life. We don't have a big corporate lobby or a cafeteria. We just bring our own tiffins and eat together when we have a break. It is a lot of data entry and customer service work. We have to be very careful with the details because even a small mistake can cause big problems later. The fans hum all day and we keep the lights on late into the evening. It is just a regular workplace for us. We are part of a bigger network, but here in B-17, it feels like a small family. We just keep our heads down and do the work that needs doing.
