Loomfolks Private Limited is situated in the Technocity building at Ghansoli. We are in Office No 204 on the second floor. If you are looking for us just head opposite the Hotel Sarovar Portico in Mahape. This area of Thane is very industrial and there are lots of offices and warehouses everywhere. We work with fabrics and looms and the office is often piled high with different types of cloth samples. It can look a bit messy to an outsider but we know exactly where everything is. The air conditioning in the building struggles a bit during the peak of summer but we just keep the fans going. We spend most of our time talking to weavers and checking on the quality of the material that comes in. It is not like those tech companies downstairs where everyone is on a laptop all day. We actually have to touch and feel the products to know if they are any good. The commute to Mahape can be a bit of a pain with the traffic on the highway but we have been here long enough that it is just a routine now. We are a small team and we do not have any big titles or corporate hierarchies. If a box needs moving we all jump in to help. It is just a practical way to run a textile business in a busy place like this.
