We operate out of Dombivili East, which is a part of the world that is always growing. If you’ve ever been here, you know how busy the station area gets and how much new construction is happening everywhere you look. We are right in the middle of all that. Our daily routine involves a lot of coordination and making sure the projects we are involved with don't stall. It is a lot of back-and-forth communication. Our office space is simple and functional. We don't see the point in spending a lot on expensive furniture when the real work happens out in the field. There’s usually someone in the office from early morning until late evening because the work just doesn't stop. We’ve seen Dombivili change so much over the last decade, from small houses to these big complexes. It’s a lot to keep up with, but we enjoy the challenge. Sometimes we run into delays with materials or the weather doesn't cooperate, but that's just the reality of infrastructure work. We don't try to sugarcoat things. We just tell it like it is and try to find a way forward. It’s a tough business, but we have a good group of people here who know what they are doing. Working here in India 421203 means being part of a very fast-paced environment where we just keep our heads down and work.
