Lokhandwala Architecture is where we do our civil drafting work. We are located at Chandansar, specifically in the Baudhawada area. It’s a bit of a distance from the main city, but we like it that way. Being behind the hotel makes us a little tucked away, which is good for focusing on drawings and plans. Drafting takes a lot of concentration, so the quieter spot helps. We don't have a big fancy studio. It’s just a workspace with our tables and computers. We spend most of our time looking at blueprints and making sure the measurements are right. It’s not glamorous work, but it’s what we know how to do. We’ve been in Virar for a while now and we know the local landscape well. People in the area usually know Sai Prasad Hotel, so finding us isn't too hard. We don't do the whole corporate marketing thing. We just talk to people plainly and get our drafting done. Sometimes the monsoon makes it a bit tricky to get around Chandansar, but we manage. It’s a local business run by local people. We keep things simple and honest. No big mission statements, just a bunch of draftsmen working through the pile of projects on our desks.
