You can find us over at Mahavir Centre in Sector-17, Vashi. We have units 45 through 48, so it’s a decent-sized space for our team. Vashi is a busy hub, and being in Sector-17 means there is always something happening outside our windows, from people heading to the station to new shops opening up. At Logicon Engineers, we mostly deal with technical drawings, project planning, and the kind of stuff you’d expect from an engineering firm. It’s not very glamorous work. There are a lot of computers, large format printers for blueprints, and stacks of files everywhere. We’ve been in this building for a long time now. The elevators are sometimes slow, but the location is convenient for everyone. Our team is a mix of older guys who have been doing this for decades and some younger kids who are good with the new software. We spend most of our time in meetings or on the phone with different sites. It’s a lot of coordination. We don't really go for big marketing pushes or fancy presentations. Usually, we just get a call from someone we worked with five years ago. We take our work seriously, but the office atmosphere is pretty relaxed. We drink a lot of tea while going over project specs and debating the best way to handle a problem. Sometimes we stay late when a deadline is coming up, but that's just the nature of engineering. We like being in Vashi; it feels like the heart of the city for us.
