Logarithm Hr Consulting Services Privatelimited is over in Vashi, Sector 18. You can find us at Office 219 in the Annapoorna Building, which is on Plot 8. Vashi is always buzzing, and Sector 18 is no exception. There are always people moving around and things happening right outside our door. Our office is just a regular room where we handle all our consulting work. We spend most of our time looking at lists of names and job descriptions. It’s a lot of detail-oriented stuff that can be a bit tiring after a few hours. We don't use any big fancy words to describe what we do. We just help businesses find the staff they need and help individuals find a place to work. We’ve been in the Annapoorna Building for a while, and we’ve gotten used to the rhythm of the place. The elevators can be a bit finicky sometimes, but that’s just how it goes with these older buildings. We don't have a corporate handbook or anything. We just use our common sense to match people with the right roles. It's mostly about listening to what both sides want and seeing if there's a good fit. We drink a lot of tea and stay on the phone for most of the afternoon. It’s a pretty standard routine, but it works for us and for the people who come to us for help. We just try to get things right.
