Our branch is actually located out in the countryside, in AP-Nimgaon Bk. It is in the Sangamner Taluka of the Ahmednagar district. Even though the company has a connection to Mumbai, this office is very much a local, rural spot. The pace of life here is much slower than in the city. We work from a small building that has been part of the village for many years. We know all the families in the area and we see them every day. The office is very basic. We have a couple of desks, some wooden chairs, and a lot of paper. We do not have the latest gadgets or high-speed internet all the time. We just do our work the old-fashioned way. Most of us are from the local area, so we understand the local language and the way things work here. We do not use any big corporate words because they do not mean much to the people we talk to. We just speak simply and try to be helpful. Sometimes we have to deal with the dust and the heat, but that is just part of living in the district. We are just a group of people doing our best in a quiet corner of Maharashtra. No big plans, just daily work and staying part of the local community.
