Lodha Group

Lodha Group is located in Thane West, specifically in the Bramand area. We are in Building Number 3, Flat 401, which is part of Phase 5 in Azad Nagar. It’s a nice enough spot, up on the fourth floor so we get a bit of a breeze when the windows are open. Being in a residential building means we do not feel like we are stuck in a gray office park all day long. We see people going about their lives, taking their kids to school or coming back from the market with bags of vegetables. Our office is basically just a flat that we have converted into a workspace over the years. It has a small kitchen where we make way too much chai and a balcony where we sometimes take phone calls to get some air. We are not trying to impress anyone with expensive furniture or glass partitions. We have some old desks, a few computers, and a lot of folders stacked up on the shelves against the walls. Thane is a busy place, but this corner of Azad Nagar is a bit more relaxed than the main roads. We've been operating here for a while now. Some days are slow and we just tidy up the place, while other days we are running around trying to meet deadlines. It is a very normal way to work. We do not have a receptionist or a fancy lobby. If you come by, you just knock on the door of flat 401. It is simple and honest, which is how we like to keep things.
