Little Orkid Foundation

Our foundation is based in the Sri Nidhi CHS building in Nerul, Navi Mumbai. We have shops 4, 5, and 6 in Plot No. 4, which is in Sector 50. Having three shop spaces gives us enough room to do our work without being too cramped. It’s a busy area with people always moving about. We aren't a big, polished organization with a glass office. We are just a local foundation working out of a residential society’s commercial space. The shops are basic. We have some shelves, a few desks, and a lot of binders. We spend most of our time here managing the different things the foundation is involved in. Sometimes the neighbors from the society stop by to say hello or ask what we are working on. We don't have a big team of experts. It’s just us, doing the day-to-day tasks that keep everything running. Navi Mumbai is a fast-paced place, but we try to keep things steady here in Nerul. We don't use any fancy marketing tricks. People know us because they see us every day when they go to the market or the station. We keep the front of the shops tidy and try to be helpful to anyone who walks in. It’s just a normal foundation doing normal work. We take things as they come and try to be honest about what we can manage.
