We have been operating out of Thacker Tower in Vashi for a good while now. Our office is unit 107 on Plot No 86, which is right next to the Saraswat Bank in Sector 17. Liladhar Parab Architects & Designers Pvt Ltd is basically just a group of us who enjoy the process of making buildings come to life. The office is usually cluttered with rolls of blueprints and half-empty coffee cups. It is not a shiny corporate showroom. Navi Mumbai has really grown since we first set up shop here. We spend our days drawing up plans and then making sure those plans actually work on the ground. Most people find us because a friend or a neighbor mentioned our name after we did some work for them. We do not really do much in terms of marketing. We just let the work speak for itself. It is a lot of measuring and figuring out where the plumbing goes. Sometimes the traffic in Sector 17 gets a bit loud, but it is a convenient spot for our clients to drop by. We handle a mix of residential and commercial projects. Nothing is too small for us to look at. We just take it as it comes and try to do an honest job every day. It’s about making the most of the space you have. That's the way we’ve always done it.
