Our little setup is over in Thane West, specifically in Building Number 3 at Vijay Park. It’s actually Flat Number 201, so the space feels more like a home than a stiff, cold office. Being right on G B Road means we deal with the usual Thane traffic every single day of the week. It can be a real headache getting back and forth to the sites, but we’re used to the commute by now. The team here is small. We mostly sit around the main table sorting out orders and figuring out where the guys need to be for the day. Kasarwaroli is a decent spot to be based in because there’s always some new construction or repair work going on nearby. We aren’t really the type to wear suits or give big speeches. Usually, we’re just in our everyday work clothes, checking the schedules and answering the phone. Sometimes the lift in the building acts up, and we have to walk the stairs, which isn’t great when you’re carrying heavy files or equipment. We have our coffee together in the morning and talk about the news before getting into the thick of the work. It’s a bit cramped when everyone is in the office at the same time, but we make it work. Thane is a busy place, and being right here in the middle of it helps us stay on top of the local jobs. We keep things simple.
