My name is Jayesh Velani and I run Likproof India Pvt.Ltd. You might see my email addresses around, like the ones at Yahoo or Rediffmail, because that’s how I usually keep in touch with people. I’ve been doing this for a long time and I prefer to keep things personal. I don't have a big corporate office with a receptionist. It’s mostly just me handling the emails and the work myself. I’ve lived in India all my life and started this company to have something of my own. I use those old email accounts because they still work just fine and I see no reason to change them now. People know they can reach me directly there. I don't have any fancy brochures or a marketing team telling me what to say. I just tell it like it is. If you send me a message, it’s me who reads it and me who replies. I think people like knowing they are dealing with a real person instead of a machine. It keeps things honest. The business is small, but it’s steady. I’ve had some of the same clients for years and they know they can count on me. I don’t need a big flashy website or a lot of noise. Just good work and simple communication. That’s how I’ve always done it and how I’ll keep doing it. It might seem old-fashioned to some, but it works perfectly for me and my customers.
