In New Bombay, you’ll find us in the Godavari Society over in Airoli, Sector-19. It’s a residential area, so our office at Al3/31/3-15 feels very much like part of the local community. We see the kids going to school and the neighbors heading to work while we’re setting up for the day. It’s a bit different from being in a big commercial tower, and we actually prefer it that way. The office is small and a bit cluttered with material samples and paperwork. We spend a lot of time on the phone or looking at site photos to make sure things are going right. Airoli is well-connected, so it’s easy for us to get out to different parts of Navi Mumbai or into the main city when we need to. We’re not a huge operation with hundreds of people. It’s just a handful of us who know the business inside and out. We usually have lunch together in the office and talk about things other than work just to clear our heads for a bit. The society is quiet for the most part, which helps when we need to focus on the technical details of a project. We don't have any fancy mission statements or anything like that on the walls. Just some photos of finished jobs and a map of the sector. It’s a straightforward way to earn a living, and we’re happy to be here.
