Lifon Industries

Lifon Industries is basically just us working out of the D/298 spot in the TTC Industrial Area. If you know the APMC Market in Vashi, we’re right around there. It gets pretty loud during the day with all the trucks moving in and out of the market area, but we’ve gotten used to it over the years. We started this place because we needed a steady workspace for our production. Most mornings start with unlocking the heavy shutters and checking if the electricity is holding up okay. The space isn’t huge, but it fits everything we need to get the daily orders done. We spend a lot of time on the floor making sure things are moving along. Sometimes the heat in Turbhe gets a bit much in the afternoons, especially with the machines running, so we usually take a quick break when the chai wala comes around. We don’t have fancy offices or anything like that. It’s mostly just desks, tools, and the smell of grease and metal. People sometimes find it hard to navigate the industrial blocks, but once you find our door, it’s pretty straightforward. We’ve stayed in this part of Navi Mumbai because it’s where all the raw materials are close by. It’s a busy life here, and there’s always something that needs fixing or adjusting. We just keep our heads down and do what we have to do every day until the sun goes down.
