We’re located at Plot No. B-2 on the Main Road of Wagle Industrial Estate in Thane West. Lechler (India) Pvt Ltd has been in this spot for quite a while now. If you know Thane, you know Wagle is the old heart of the industry around here. Being right on the main road means we see everything that goes by, which is a lot of trucks and workers every single day. Our building is pretty easy to spot. Inside, it’s all about nozzles and spray systems. We have a mix of office staff and people working in the back handling the products. It’s a busy atmosphere most of the time. We don't really go for the polished corporate look; we’ve got shelves full of parts and desks covered in technical manuals and drawings. The air is often filled with the sound of testing or packing boxes for shipping. We’ve got a small group of people who have worked here for a long time, so we’re more like a work family than anything else. We have our lunch together and complain about the Thane traffic or how humid it gets during the monsoon. It’s a practical place for practical people. We don’t spend much time on fancy decorations or big meetings. We just get the orders ready and make sure the technical specs are right before they go out the door. It’s a solid, everyday job in an old industrial part of town.
