We are based in Vashi, Navi Mumbai, specifically in Sector 17. Our office is A/604 in the Archana Society building on Plot No 18. Sector 17 is a pretty busy commercial hub, so there is always something going on outside our doors. We’ve been here for a while, and we’ve seen the area change quite a bit. Our work is mainly HR consulting, which involves a lot of meetings and looking through candidate profiles for various companies. The office is on the sixth floor, so it’s relatively quiet compared to the street level, but you can still hear the city hum. It’s just a regular office space with desks, chairs, and a lot of coffee mugs lying around. We aren't the type of place that cares about looking like a big corporate firm. We just want to get the work done and help people find the right spots in their careers. Sometimes the society office has its own rules we have to follow, and parking can be a real pain in Vashi, but we manage. We spend our days mostly on emails and calls, trying to stay on top of the hiring needs of our clients. It’s a bit of a grind sometimes, but we enjoy the process of seeing people get hired. It’s just a normal day-to-day operation in a busy part of Navi Mumbai.
