You can find us at A-30 in Durganagar, along Lalchakki Road in Ulhasnagar-4. We’re part of the Thane district here in Maharashtra. This is our local base for Larsen & Toubro projects in the area. The building is pretty plain, just a standard spot on a busy road. It gets quite noisy with the traffic from Lalchakki Road, but we’ve gotten used to the sound of horns and trucks passing by. Our team here is mostly made up of people who live nearby, so we have a good feel for the local area. The office is usually cluttered with safety gear, boots, and rolled-up plans. We aren't big on decorating or making the place look corporate. We just need enough desk space to handle the admin side of the construction work. Ulhasnagar is a crowded place, and our office reflects that a bit—it’s busy and a little cramped, but it’s efficient. We don't spend much time worrying about how we’re perceived; we just care about whether the project is moving forward. It’s a lot of long days and sometimes working weekends to meet a deadline. We just drink our coffee, talk about the day’s tasks, and get out to the sites where the real work happens. It’s a simple, straightforward way of doing things, and we wouldn't have it any other way in this part of the state.
