We operate out of Flat 104 in the Bindiya building over in Sector 7. It's right in Kopar Khairne. If you know Navi Mumbai, you know this part of town is always moving. We've been based in this apartment complex for some time now, handling the ECC division tasks. It’s basically where the office work happens for the bigger projects around the area. It’s not some massive corporate headquarters, just a regular residential-style setup that we use for our operations. Most of the time, the desk is covered in files and the phone doesn't stop ringing. We're on Plot 99. Finding parking around here can be a bit of a headache during the day, which is something we just deal with. We don't have a big reception desk or anything. You just come up to the first floor. It’s practical and it works for what we need to do. The guys are often out at sites, but the administrative stuff stays centered here. It’s a bit cramped when everyone is in at once, especially with all the drawings and folders everywhere. We just try to keep things organized enough to get through the week. Navi Mumbai is growing fast, and being right here in Kopar Khairne keeps us close to the action without being in the middle of the main city rush. We handle the paperwork, track the project timelines, and keep the regional team moving. It’s just how we do things here.
